A new home to continue growing
In January 2021, we began a new phase at El Rincón de Juan Carlos, and we did so in a setting that perfectly represents our vision and our way of understanding gastronomy: the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach Hotel, a five-star Grand Luxury hotel located in La Caleta on the coast of Adeje.
This hotel, designed by architect Leonardo Omar in collaboration with the MKV Design studio, has been recognized as Best Luxury Hotel in Architecture and Design worldwide at the World Luxury Hotel Awards. Its modern and immersive architecture, inspired by organic marine forms, creates an environment that allows us to offer an even more complete and sensorial experience.
We chose this location because it allows us to grow. We expanded the capacity of our dining room, significantly improved working conditions in the kitchen, and took a further step in our professional development. But, above all, we wanted to offer our guests a place where every detail complements the cuisine we have been passionately developing for years.
The new Rincón de Juan Carlos is located 40 meters above the ocean, in a completely renovated space, with views that continue to leave us speechless every day. The renovation project was led by Catalan interior designer Mercè Borrell, responsible for such iconic spaces as Martín Berasategui’s Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona. She has masterfully interpreted our identity and transformed it into an elegant, intimate, and functional space, where each service becomes a unique experience.
We feel fortunate to be in La Caleta de Adeje, a town that preserves its seafaring soul and, at the same time, has become a gastronomic benchmark in the Canary Islands. Here we find the perfect balance between tradition, nature, and the future. And from here, we want to continue building that journey of flavors that began so many years ago.
